Sewing Along in September!

Hello Everyone!
Hope the September Cold hasn't reached you yet. I didn't get it yet but I am sure its just around the corner! I keep washing my hands hoping to ward it off! LOL!
So I've been trying to keep up with my Disney sewing on the weekends. Here is my latest creation! Again, the pattern is a Simply Sweet by the Scientific Seamstress. The appliques I bought from different Etsy sellers. (Just let me know if you need the resources.) This time I tried to create an underwater scene...in honor of Disney's new expansion where they will have Ariel's Underwater Adventure! I then made a beach scene for Prince Eric and his dog Max.

Here are the skirt pieces before stitching them together...
I laid out the bodice approximately where it would be centered.

Last night, I sewed everything together! Here is the final dress! I took a bunch of pictures of the skirt from different angles! This dress will be for Devon, who is a big Ariel fan!

What fun! I hope she likes it!

Well, I am happily going to get dinner ready and go to yet another back-to-school night! Have a super evening everyone!!!
God Bless,
Cathy
